There are lots of types of coaches in the world from sports coaches to life coaches, I however, consider myself to be a mind-set coach because if you think about it, everything starts with a thought, and the way that we think about things affects the way that we feel and the way that we act. It’s my job to help you recognise the thought patterns that are holding you back and then change your mind-set so that you can become the best version of yourself.

The other thing that makes me unique is that I am trained in wide range of techniques from hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and mindfulness to name a few. This means that each client I work with can try a range of techniques and work with whatever feels right for them.

I offer different packages which work out cheaper than buying individual sessions, however if you would like to work out a package to suit you I am always happy to oblige, just get in touch! 5 week programme

One session per week for 5 weeks, discovery sessions revealing your goals, releasing emotional blocks, Love and Respect of Self, getting to know each other.

6 month programme

1 session per month with scheduled calls. Setting your goals,Revealing your limiting beliefs, releasing anger, fear, hurt, sadness and guilt. Creating Deeper Awareness, Responsibility, Forgiveness and Acceptance, Getting back to the real you.

12 month programme

1 session per month with scheduled calls.
